They were acquainted with the university campus life and met their faculty coordinators on Friday. They have also participated in the lesson on the basics of the Polish language, given by Dr. Lidia Romaniszyn-Ziomek of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. On Monday, Aleksandra Hasior, the institutional ERASMUS+ coordinator of ATH, Dr. Agnieszka Będkowska-Kopczyk, the coordinator of the Welcome Point project and Bartosz Dębowski gave them the introductory presentations about the country, the city and the university at which they are going to spend the nearest months.

They were informed about services that are offered by the university’s Welcome Point. They also wrote greeting words in their languages on the wall covered with blackboard paint in the Welcome Point room. Dr. Agnieszka Będkowska-Kopczyk has also guided them around the LITMAG project exhibition, telling stories about citizen journalism in Central and Eastern Europe under the communist regime.
