The first point of that event was a visit to the museum of Żywiec brewery, where the students have been acquainted with the local brewing traditions. Then, they moved to the foot of the hill of Grojec, from where, crossing the river of Soła, they started the exploration of the historic centre of Żywiec.

At the park, they visited the zoological garden, saw the Habsburg Palace, the Żywiec Castle, the City Square and the Co-Cathedral of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, where they climbed on the co-cathedral’s tower and watched the landscape of the Żywiec Beskids, surrounding the city. The trip ended with a cup of coffee and a cookie at one of the local cafes.
